It was a very fast-paced job. We had practice every day and the coach needs to have a plan of what activities will be covered that day. Coordinating all of the girls for traveling for games was also sometimes difficult, but we always had fun. I had to establish a game plan to try and coordinate 30 girls into an 11 player game, making sure everyone had equal playing time. Evaluating skill sets and placing the players on the field into positions that they enjoy and are proficient at is sometimes challenging.
